When you order with Nourivo, these terms set the rules for both of us. Placing an order means you've read them.
Nourivo is a chef-led meal subscription service operating across mainland UK. We design, cook and deliver portioned weekly meal plans for healthy eating, weight management and athletic training.
All meals are prepared in our certified studio kitchen by trained chefs, supervised by registered dietitians. Plans are designed to support — not replace — sensible eating and medical advice.
You can order through the site or by calling the kitchen. Before your first delivery we'll always phone you to confirm dietary needs and delivery window.
Payment is taken on delivery — cash, card (portable terminal), or contactless including Apple Pay & Google Pay. Nothing is debited until your box is in your hands.
All prices include VAT and are quoted in pounds sterling. Delivery is free inside the M25; modest fees apply elsewhere and are shown before you confirm.
We deliver Monday to Friday, between 10am and 6pm. The day before your drop you'll receive a two-hour window by SMS.
Someone over 18 needs to be at the address to take the box and settle payment. If no one's available we'll attempt redelivery the next working day; a second failed delivery may incur a small fee.
Every box ships with ice packs and stays food-safe for up to four hours at room temperature. Refrigerate promptly once it lands.
Nourivo plans run as rolling weekly subscriptions. You can pause, swap or cancel by phone or email with at least 48 hours' notice before your next delivery.
Last-minute requests are accommodated where we can, but may only take effect the week after. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum subscription length — leave whenever you like.
Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances during your onboarding call. Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, soya, sesame, shellfish and eggs on the same premises — we can't promise a 100% allergen-free environment.
If you have a severe allergy, please consult your doctor before subscribing. Use-by dates are printed on every dish; store at 5°C or below.
If a meal isn't right, tell us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll investigate and either replace it on your next drop or credit your account.
Refunds apply to confirmed quality issues or to deliveries we genuinely failed to make. They're processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
We can't be responsible for meals that spoil due to incorrect storage, or deliveries delayed by circumstances genuinely outside our control (severe weather, road closures, etc).
Our plans are well-considered, but they aren't medical treatment. Results vary, and we don't make guarantees about weight, body composition or health outcomes.
Please consult your GP before starting any new nutrition programme — particularly if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, recovering from surgery, or managing a chronic condition.
Our total liability for any single order is capped at the value of that order. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
